Warranties and Returns

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, but not wear and tear from normal use or misuse.

In these cases, GLAMOURYBELLEZA.ES will replace or repair your device. If neither of these two options is possible because the product is not available, we will give you a discount voucher for your next purchase. All collection and shipping costs will be at our expense. If we collect the device and our technical service detects that it is working correctly, the customer must pay the costs incurred for delivery and collection.

The warranty does not protect against accidental damage, loss, natural phenomena, or any other event that did not originate during the manufacture of the product.

The warranty will be applied taking into account the nature of the products:

If the product has the quality and performance expected for this type of product, you will not be able to use the warranty.
Any problems with any of these products must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. It is very important that you review your orders as claims will not be accepted after this time.
* ATTENTION: If you update your device you will not be able to manage the warranty with us.

Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself or by anyone other than GLAMOURYBELLEZA.ES

To manage the guarantee, please contact our customer service department at the email address buygo0001@gmail.com, indicating the product, the problem and the order number. Our agents will request the necessary information and will tell you how to proceed in case a return is necessary.
